Alexander Tol

Alexander Tol is a Dutch American actor. He was born and raised in Leiden, The Netherlands. His mother, an American violinist, and his father, a Dutch recorder player were very supportive of his choice to become an actor. He moved to London and trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts. After graduating from drama school, he was cast to play "Hibbert" in a 4 month national tour of "Journey's End", one of the most iconic WWI plays in history. It is till today, the production of which he is most proud. Since his theatre debut in "Journeys End" Alexander has cultivated a niche for himself, being able to play American, British, and Dutch characters in television and film. Show less «
