Billionna Reyes is a Chamorru-American actress who was born and raised on the beautiful island of Guam. She is the daughter of Donna Meno and William James. She is the eldest of 3 children. She attended high school at Southern High School, home of the dolphins. She holds an Associates Degree in Paralegal and Legal studies and a BA in Paralegal.
