Christina Pumariega

Born in Nashville and raised all over the South in Texas, South Carolina and Tennessee, Christina Pumariega was raised on the cultural hyphen. Her father is Cuban, her mother is Italian-American.Inspired to tell stories from the source she attended Indiana University's School of Journalism and after a fellowship in Cuba received her MFA from the NYU Graduate Acting Program at Tisch School of the Arts.An accomplished stage actress, she made her Broadway debut opposite Jeff Goldblum in Theresa Rebeck's Seminar, and has played at London's Old Vic, New York's Public Theater and other Off Broadway venues, in regional theaters across the United States and in film, television and national commercials.
