An accomplished weapons practitioner, he has showcased his skills in Game of Death (1978) fighting Bruce Lee, he gave detective Burt Reynolds a grisly "manicure" before being speared to death in Sharky's Machine (1981), appeared in the John Carpenter fantasy - martial arts adventure Big Trouble in Little China (1986), and clashed pool cues with Steven Seagal in the violent Out for Justice (1991).He currently operates a martial arts school (The Inosanto Academy) in Marina Del Rey, California.
