Daniel Chun Loiewski

Daniel Chun Loiewski is an award-winning director born in El Paso, Texas and raised in Cheshire, Connecticut. Daniel fell in love with film at an early age. When he was 10 years old he received a digital camera with basic editing software for Christmas, and made over 30 short films before attending film school at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California.Unable to make a film through LMU Film School's first year curriculum, Daniel shot a short horror film with a small crew. The film, Paranoid Duality, was discovered on Youtube and won Best Cinematography at the 2009 Late Night Horror Film Festival. His LMU short experimental film, Flash, won Best Experimental at the 2010 Magnolia Film Festival. Daniel was honored at Paramount Pictures at the 2010 Film Outside the Frame Film Festival for his film Release.In addition to his freelance work, Daniel has worked at Langley Productions and Paramount Pictures.
