Gabby Wong

Gabby Wong(she/her) is a Hong Kong born, UK based actor and writer, best known for her role as series regular Yuk Je in 1899 and Wona Goban in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. She speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and English. While studying Politics at university, Gabby became heavily involved in the student theatre and decided to train as an actor at Italia Conti in London. She made her professional debut at Shakespeare's Globe. A regular company member at Royal Shakespeare Company, Gabby has also worked at the National Theatre, West End, Royal Court, Stratford East, Almeida, Sheffield Crucible, Glasgow Citizens, Manchester International Festival and more; she has appeared in several TV series as well as lending her voice to BBC radio dramas, games and audio books.
