Gwen Banta

In addition to her television and film work, Gwen is a talented writer and stage actress. For her theatre work, Gwen has received 2 Drama-logue Awards and one Ethel Award for Best Lead Actress. She also is the award winning writer of three novels and seven screenplays. The accomplished actress/writer also wrote the adaptation of Dexter Freeman's critically acclaimed play, "Skies A Fallin," in which she starred during its West Coast premiere.
