Ioachim Ciobanu

Ioachim was born in Bucharest, Romania, to a filmmaking family. His father is the famous Romanian actor Ilarion Ciobanu and his mother is an award-winning documentary writer. He started learning English at 4, acted in plays and films since middle-school and began making his own films at the age of 14. Ioachim has a BA in film editing from the Bucharest National University of Dramatic Art and Cinema and owns a production company, Fatcat Films.He has studied acting with Ivana Chubbuck, Bogdan Marhodin, Frantz Turner and David Lipper and started his professional acting career in 2014.
