Johnny Kios

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Johnny spent his life in a predominantly Italian household but was brought up speaking Greek fluently. As a young boy he began to express his creativeness through poetry and loved to imitate his favorite film stars with his brother. Without ever wanting to act, his love and passion for movies eventually led him to do just that, when a childhood friend introduced him to an acting coach at Rutgers University. After moving to Los Angeles, he began working quickly and landed the lead in a theater adaptation of The Breakfast club playing the role of John Bender. Shortly after this he successfully landed his first film role playing Private Joe Ragusa in Battle Force, which had great international success. He continues to work in films like P-51 Dragon Fighter, playing Lt. John England, eventually landing his start in television on General Hospital. His recent work includes Aaron Sorkin's ensemble play, A few Good Men, which premiered at the Noho Arts Theater in California on June 31st, 2016. The play received critical acclaim, eventually moving to the number one spot, of must see plays in the summer of 2016. Show less «
