Lawrence Chaney

Lawrence Chaney is an actor and comedian, hailing from Helensburgh in Scotland. Lawrence completed their initial education between Hermitage Academy in Helensburgh and Park House School in Newbury, Berkshire. After studying Acting and Theatre Performance at City of Glasgow College in 2016, Chaney pursued a career in drag in Glasgow.Chaney became a regular contributor for BBC's The Social online platform, Chaney was then scouted for BBC Scotland's 'Mother Tuckers: Drag Queens of Glasgow' documentary. Following this were other appearances in other BBC Scotland productions such as 'Mirror, Mirror' and 'Insider's Guide'. In July of 2019, they were also chosen to appear in a testimonial based ad campaign for Glasgow's SPT Subway 'My Glasgow, My Subway' promotion. Show less «
