Malik Akhlaqi was born in 1994 in Afghanistan and completed his education in Afghanistan. He started his artistic activity in 2003. In 2003, he acted in one film and in 2004 in another film. At first he played harmonica, tambourine and oud. He performed music in the traditional Afghan style. He played music in circles and celebrations.
