Matti Berenett

Matti Berenett is 25 years old. He has a natural scandinavian look, with blond hair and blue eyes. Matti is the son of actor Lars-Erik Berenett and actress Eva-Britt Standberg. Before he got a major lead, as Tom Bovallius, in Skilda Världar, the new popular show in Sweden, he has worked as an extra in some of his father's work and in Nudlar & 08:or, a show that didn't live to see a second season. Among his other experiences one could well mention that he has worked as a chimney-sweeper and physical trainer. He has played soccer since the age of 5 and sport is one of his big interests. Mattis parents didn't expect him to become an actor "No, my mother actually warned me, I realised that she was right to some extent, but as a child and teenager, I only saw the bright sides. I guess that played a big part in my choice." Lars Erik Berenett plays the character of Tom Bovallius' father, Harald Bovallius. On playing opposite his real-in life father he says "I look forward to it, even if I'll be a bit nervous in the beginning."
