Max Kruemcke

Max was born in Austin, Texas. He fell in love with filmmaking after being an extra on the set of "Idiocracy" (by Mike Judge) and decided to pursue a career a filmmaking professionally. He graduated from the University of Texas' Radio-Television Film program.He's worked on numerous projects in numerous positions, ranging from editorial staff on "Fast Food Nation" to art department on Spy Kids 4. His short "I Don't Need to Know" premiered at SXSW 2011 in the Austin Film Society Showcase, and was also featured on The Huffington Post. His channel, CapitalCityCinema, has attracted a diverse group of followers, including music lovers, conspiracy nuts, and a small, unexpected group of angry Swedish teens (for his "Tokyo" video remake).
