Maya Dunbar started her career in front of the camera, appearing on such hit shows as, Southland, Banshee, Harry's Law and The Mentalist. She has since transitioned into writing, in addition to producing alongside her partner and husband, actor Rockmond Dunbar; under their MyRock Entertainment banner. She has a hour drama pilot at Will Smith's Overbrook Entertainment, another with J. Todd Harris and Branded Pictures, and has acquired the feature film rights to the story of the Oakland East Bay Dragons, based off of the book, 'Soul on Bikes.' Show less «
