Mekia Cox was born on November 18, 1981 in Saint Croix, U.S. Virgin Island, but moved to Orlando, Florida at age 7. As a child, she had roles in various Nickelodeon shows such as Kenan & Kel (1996). She is a graduate of Dr. Phillips High School and earned a Bachelor of Music degree from Florida State University.She is known for her work in Crazy, Stupid, Love. (2011), Battlefield America (2012), and I Kissed a Vampire (2010). She is also known for recurring roles on 90210 (2008) as Sasha, Secrets and Lies (2015) as Amanda Warner and Chicago Med (2015) as Dr. Robin Charles. Show less «
