Monique Hazeur

Monique A. Hazeur is a New York-based writer, filmmaker, and foodie. She has written several screenplays and directed 3 short films. Her latest directorial effort, Meltdown, (2016) is a short comedic film about a new mom who struggles to regain her figure as ice cream and cookies taunt her at every turn.Monique has worked in the art and prop departments on such films as Pariah, Gut, and The Nanny. She is an alumna of Howard University's graduate film program and National University's professional screenwriting program.A native of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, she currently call Brooklyn home.
