Nickemil Concepcion

Nickemil is an actor and professional ballet dancer trained in all styles of dance. At 13 years old he performed in his first Broadway show, Cinderella and went on to be in his first featured film, Avenue X when he was 15. He had a long career with Ballet Tech Company directed by Elliot Feld, and then a 13 year career with the renowned Cedar Lake Dance Company. Cedar Lake has amassed one of the most diverse repertoires in dance, which includes works by such dance makers as Alexander Ekman, Crystal Pite, Hofesh Shechter, Jo Stromgren, Andonis Foniadakis, Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Ohad Naharin and Jiri Kylian. Cedar Lake has toured all around the Country and the globe to such places as Germany, Oslo, Israel, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Italy and much more. While in Cedar Lake, Nickemil danced with Emily Blunt in The Adjustment Bureau. His latest role is dancing in the upcoming film "In The Heights" based on hit Broadway show written by Quiara Alegría Hudes and Lin-Manuel Miranda and directed by Jon M. Chu. Show less «
