Philip J. Swift

Philip Swift is a law enforcement veteran and actor, who appeared in History Channel's Gangland "Mile HIgh Killers" as himself and is known for his role as the "The Lieutenant" in DFW the Series: Traffikers, Season 2. He holds several degrees, including an MS and PhD in Forensic Psychology. He has also authored several books related to his tenure in Law Enforcement. He is originally from Colorado, has 2 daughters, and as of 2018, resides in Texas with his wife and their three dogs. Show less «
