Popeye Vogelsang

Michael "Popeye" Vogelsang was the guitarist and vocalist of hardcore punk group Farside, founded in Orange County, California, 1989. Had been one of the original members of the group, alongside with Robert Haworth (guitar), Josh Stanton (bass), and Robert Beshear (drums). Kevin Murphy joined on temporarily to complete the band's 1992/93 European tour that was already booked. Upon returning he became a permanent member. The Vogelsang, Beshear, Chu and Murphy lineup was responsible for all of the band's subsequent recorded work. But most of us, videogamers, know him as the voice of Farkas - ferocious beast of a man on the battlefield, on one hand, but loyal, kind, and, no offence, mentally unstable infant, on the other; as well as many other brutal manly characters (Nords mostly) in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim by Bethesda Softworks.
