Rishi Das

Born in Kolkata, the political and cultural capital of the state of West Bengal in India, Rishi Das, hailing from a 16-year theater experience, has achieved a fair amount of performing success in diverse productions including professional stage, Hollywood releases, music videos and a variety of creative short films. Awards and recognition have come Rishi's way for his involvement in 'Julia' which won multiple awards, 'Deceased' starring Rishi as lead actor was officially selected for film festivals worldwide including a specially requested screening at Lincoln University, New Zealand. It was also featured in various newspapers worldwide, bestowing critical acclaim to his contribution to the success of the film. His upcoming box office film 'Regionrat' directed by Javier Reyna is slated to be released in early 2017, where he plays the supporting role of 'Ricky'. Rishi loves to experiment with diverse mediums of expression, multiple languages and believes that there is no limit to creative expression.
