Shannon Houk

Shannon Houk was born and raised in Dallas / Fort Worth area. Played soccer for 24 years. He left the area when he enlisted in the US Coast Guard where he was stationed in Oregon. When he left the Coast Guard, he moved back to Texas and took on many different jobs. Shannon is involved in paranormal investigations and is the tech person for FEAR Paranormal in the DFW area. Shannon is a graphic/web designer, and has had many positions in the filmmaking industry. (Assistant Director, Director of Photography, Script Supervisor, Behind the Scenes Photography, Graphic Designer, Lighting, Grip, Gaffer, and Production Assistant.). Shannon has also done some video editing, is a Beachbody Coach and enjoys spending time with his family and pets.Shannon got started in the film industry in 2014 by playing a creature in the film "Daylight's End". Then got serious about acting and other positions in the film industry in 2015. Shannon has been involved in feature films, short films, web series, television series, student films, commercials on both sides of the cameras. He started off in background/extras roles, but has steadily been moving up to featured, supporting and leading roles. Show less «
