Shasta Bell

Shasta Marie Bell is an American born actress best known for her roles in Introducing Jodea, Matthew, and Affinity.Shasta's most recent role in the feature film Introducing Jodea, she portrays Lois, a no-nonsense executive assistant that eventually learns to let love in her life. In the short film Matthew, Shasta portrays Anna, a Hispanic Mother, who deals with the devastating effects of her daughters' decision for an abortion. And also, in the short film Affinity Shasta portrays Medina, a Muslim Mother, who deals with her daughter's announcement of her alternative lifestyle.Shasta studies with Aaron Speiser and Shannon Sturges at the Speiser/Sturges Acting Studio in Los Angeles California. She also has vocal and singing training from Liz Wooten. She plays the guitar and violin but will tell you she is no master at either. She is also an accomplished songwriter and writes music for publishing. Shasta has written two poetry books and one children's book that has been self-published.Shasta is looking forward to working in the next Oscar Award Winning Film working with Viola Davis and Brad Pitt.
