Tanisha Harper began her career within the entertainment industry at the age of 15, when she was discovered by a model scout. She immediately began working and was spotted everywhere from advertisements and billboards to catalogs and editorials for clients, such as InStyle and Vanity Fair magazines; Bloomingdales and Nordstroms; Jaffra, MAC and L'Oreal cosmetics, and runway shows for Oscar de la Renta and Ralph Lauren, to name a few. Her career began to take off after a shoot with famed photographer, 'Patrick Demarchelier' for the Cosmopolitan Cover model search that brought about national media attention for Tanisha, and was heavily profiled by newspapers and news stations through out the country, including, Entertainment Tonight (1981) and an interview with Katie Couric on Today (1952) for NBC.After completing her Media Arts degree at 20 years of age, from the University of Arizona, Tanisha made the move to Los Angeles to merge her passions of fashion, business, television and film. she has appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show (1986), _"Tyra Banks show" and in music videos for Velvet Revolver and 'Usher'.
