Van Neal

Originally from the South side of Chicago, Van discovered his connection to acting when CO-Producing a short film. Shortly thereafter he found himself in LA, and landed the role of Steve in the award winning The Day Before, followed by leads in the feature films, All the Best, Billy Sears and Blue in Green. He has worked with David Mamet, opposite Dennis Haysbert on the popular network television series, the UNIT, depicting the focused and unyielding Agent Doug White and has performed in many independently funded projects as well. Van has been recognized by Directors and peers for his very authentic and unforced portrayal of characters, as well as the depth of conviction and connection that is telegraphed by his eyes.Van also has a passion for developing and creating his own films and aims to continue to not only bring compelling stories and characters to life as an actor, but also as a filmmaker.
