Alderman Jim Neary
At the beginning of the series, Jim Neary is one of Nucky Thompson's ward bosses, responsible for making collections and managing the precinct leaders in his area. Neary, however, may have larger aspirations. He also serves as an alderman on the Atlantic City Council and has been a police officer.
