A former member of the Priest organisation. He was assumed dead, after he was dragged away from the other priests, by vampires, while they were raiding a hive.Years later, he kidnaps the Priest's (the protagonist's) daughter, and is behind a plot that involves the vampires overrunning the main cities inhabited by humans.It is later revealed, that when he was dragged away, that he was dragged to the queen vampire, and was infected by her, giving him unnatural power. He claims that he has seen the souls of the vampires, and that he saw that they were much more pure than the human race.He meets his demise in an explosion, while fighting with the Priest on top of a train.
