Dr. Robert Colin is a scientists who was the lead scientist of a secret military program called White Tower in which dead military soldiers/cloned soldiers are trained to become Uni-Sols. After the malfunction in some of the Uni-Sols, the White Tower program was shut down along with the Uni-Sols. But some of the Dead soldiers were stolen by Dr. Colin. He disappears & starts operating from Eastern Europe as a Gun for hire . He uses his revived Uni-Sols such as NGU & Andrew Scott to fulfill his financial gains but was killed by Andrew Scott.
