Gavin Reginald Spinner Mason is a member of the Degrassi class of 2007. He is occasionally a bully and prankster. Connor DeLaurier is among his targets. But after a tragic incident involving his best friend Jimmy Brooks, Spinner begins to reform his bad boy ways, even finding Christianity. After an expulsion, he eventually returns and becomes more of a jock and class clown, able to find the joke in anything, although a fight with cancer temporarily clouds his outlook. After graduation he works at and manages The Dot.He is also friends with Marco Del Rossi and Jay Hogart, but clashes with Johnny DiMarco.Background: He lives with his mother and his sister Kendra, who is adopted.He has ADHD, for which he takes Ritalin.
