Country singer Willie Nelson made a special appearance as a customer to Thurgood's (Chappelle's) efforts. The character depicted was that of an old/you had to be there smoker who told Thurgood of the good old times of smoking weed in public without any troubles from the police and that the value of weed was what you were getting.
