Kendall Knight (Kendall Schmidt)Kendall Knight (Kendall Schmidt) is a member of the popular boy band Big Time Rush. He is best friends with James, Carlos and Logan, the other members of the band. They all live in the Palm Woods Hotel where they are surrounded by other aspiring actors and singers. The hotel is the site of many shenanigans. Kendall is the defacto leader of the group and the other members of the band often turn to him for advice. Originally a hockey player from Minnesota, Kendall did not even want to be a part of a boy band. He went to the audition to support his friend James and was picked by manager Gustavo Rocque to move to LA and become a star. Kendall can be difficult, especially when he disagrees with Gustavo. He loves pulling practical jokes on people and is generally good natured. He falls in love easily. He is loyal to his friends and always coming up with schemes to help them when they are in trouble. He is extremely close to his mother and his younger sister Katie. They both moved to L.A. to support Kendall and his music career.
