Kevin is the Town Planner for Odgen Marsh. Sheriff Dutton and Deputy Clank go to him to find out which direction the drinking water flows into town. He later appears at the truck stop where all the healthy people in town have been taken. Sheriff Dutton sees him and they share information on their wives whereabouts and what happened to other citizens of the town. Dutton expresses his intention to escape and Kevin tries to tell him not to go...to which Dutton replies Tell you what Kev.
