Malcho was once the chaotic ruler of the rainforest's weather until Thundra stopped him and kept him at bay. When Thundra entrusts her powers to her little love interest Iago, Malcho sees his chance to finally take back the power himself when steals the amulet so he can once more rule the weather. He is tricked by Iago into losing the amulet. Vowing revenge, he returns in 'The Return of Malcho' to outright murder the parrot.
