Manny Ribera was Tony's right hand man and was like a brother to him. They have been friends and business partners from the beginning. Manny would womanize but could never find that right girl until he met Gina Montana (Tony's sister). When Manny states she was good looking to Tony he was outraged and told him she was not for him and not to touch her. During his later days Tony started to place little trust into Manny and they fought. For about three days or so he was missing and so was Gina.
