Mr. Mott
Mot is a Bolian (bald and blue with a ridge down his face) civilian who works as a hairdresser aboard the USS Enterprise-D. He gives advice whether it is wanted or not, but he is a perfectionist. He likes the sound of his own voice, and can be rather flippant. He is not a good listener.
