He fell head over heels in love. They eloped, hoping that his family would just deal ; However, his family made life very hard for them. Robert finally gave in and allowed his family to have his marriage annulled.Colleen later turned out to be pregnant, though she never let Robert know. The child born would be named Callie Quinn Jacob and would be raised thinking that another man was her father.Robert finds out about Callie after Steph and Lena Foster attempt to adopt her. They find out that the name on Callie's Birth Certificate is not who they originally thought it was and are forced to go looking for Robert. At this time in Robert's life, he is remarried to Jill Quinn and has a 12 year old daughter named Sophia.Robert tells Steph and Lena that he is willing to sign his rights away as that is what Jill would like him to do.
