Everyone thinks that news reporter Roxanne Ritchi and Metro Man are an item, since Megamind constantly uses her as bait to lure Metro Man into traps, but, as she later admits, nothing's ever happened between them. Megamind has kidnapped her so many times that she's entirely used to it, having banters with him instead of screaming like a helpless victim should. After Megamind destroys Metro Man, she meets him at the Metro Man museum disguised as a man named Bernard, and the two grow a bond, eventually falling in love.
