The movie follows the story of Police Commissioner Sean Lau who received a call from a perpetrator in a missing emergency truck, which kidnapped his wife. He needs to understand what is going on where Sean must seek help from his former rival and retired DCP, Wise Lee in order to reach the culprits and recover the kidnapped wife and son together
