In a romantic atmosphere, the movie follows a man called Early Landry whose life turns badly after the death of his wife. He tried to suicide but he failed. Then he decided to go to his sister in Los Angeles where he meets Freda Von Rhenburg, a transgender sex worker, and falls in love with her.
