In an attempt to save his seat before elections, Nicolas Hostetler, the mayor of New York City, who thinks that his wife has an affair with another person, the thing that will lead him to be banned from election, asks for help from an ex-cop, Billy, who through his investigation with his wife, finds out evidences of the mayor's corruption and injustice.
