Death Race 2000

In the not-so-distant future, the United States has become a totalitarian regime overseen by the charming but sinister Mr. President who for entertainment only, creates a cross country automobile race that requires contestants to run down innocent pedestrians to gain points that are tallied based on each kill's brutality.
