From Russia With Love (james Bond 007)

Driving by their deep will of avenging for the death of Dr. No, a successful Russian operative, who has been killed by James Bond, the Specter organization make an evil plan to attract Bond and then kill him, by sending a machine that the British government seeks to have it, in order to reveal the Russian secret, so they send James Bond to Istanbul, where he struggles against survival.
