Furigat (1951)

The dancer Sittelkull and her father, the obscure musician, were hoping to work for Mr. Balabel's band. They lived in a musical neighborhood which never saw its music-loving inhabitants successful. The father of the dancer Sittelkull finds a bag with a large sum inside. The father knows that it belongs to the rich lady Ilham. They go to return the bag to her. Ilham promises Sittelkull and her father to facilitate for them to meet Mr. Balabel. However, Ilham suddenly travels abroad to Lebanon. After several attempts, Sittelkull succeeds in joining Mr. Balabel's band. She discovers a relationship between the lead actress in Balabel's band and Ilham's husband. She threatens him to expose this relationship, demanding a large sum for her silence about this secret. Sittelkull becomes the lead actress after this situation, and succeeds in letting theater people to work in Mr. Balabel's band. A love relationship develops between Sittelkull and Husni, the band leader's son, who thinks that she loves his father. She helps him to return to his family, and to prove truly that she is Sittekull, i.e. Lady of All.
