This plot is set in World War II, in which Third Reich goes over to malicious Grigori Rasputin side, who utilises black magic to beckon demon Hellboy, so that he can be an Axis weapon. During the course of time he is apprehended by the forces of America, and grows to be a man, now working with the good side.
