It is those real events that recount the life and death of the famous composer Ludwig van Beethoven and his painful struggle with hearing loss. It is a realistic view of Beethoven's life and death by providing a real look at the work he is famous for. On the other hand, the composer once wrote a famous love letter to an unknown lover and the film tries to find out who this beloved was at the time that was surprising to everyone.
