The film's story tells about three low-level thieves who have smashed the entire world economy. Senior copper gangs hire Jackie Kogan to make bandits pay for their crime. The closer Cogan gets to his goal, the more complicated he is to find out that a long-term alcoholic has been hit by his boss. His unqualified bands, and the miserable host of the game. But he will face all this for the success of his mission.
