In Sydney in 1959, that story begins with a student named Lisa and lives in the suburbs. Lisa is waiting for the results of her final high school exams, where she dreams of going to the University of Sydney. During the waiting period, Lisa takes a summer job at a large store. In that great store, working side by side with a group of salesmen who turn their eyes to a world beyond its existence that seems completely isolated.
