The film deals with the experience of `` Franky '' in the bathroom after school where he faces a mysterious Halloween joke and witnesses the ghost of a little girl and the man who killed her for years. Now, Frankie is still trying to understand what is happening as he is trying to find the killer before he becomes his last victim.
