It is a film that embodies the journey of a family suffering from a financial crisis for a long time. In order to get money, the family is forced to sell their favorite dog, Lacey, but Lassie escapes and travels over 1,000 miles from northern Scotland to Yorkshire. Lassie tries to return to her little friend before selling her to another place.
