The movie revolves around Bahar, who is the leader of the girls of the sun. the Girls of the Sun is a women's battalion in Kurdistan that fights women against extremists who have invaded their Kurdish town. Bahar is fighting a new war in her life in order to take her hostage son captive. Meanwhile, Mathilde, a French journalist, is trying to cover the attack and report the story of these extraordinary warriors.
