In the virtually deserted city of Lost River, Bailey (Christina Hendricks), a single mother of two children, faces a different world as she is pushed into a terrible underworld as she seeks to save her childhood home. In this harsh experience, the mother faces a strange path when her teenage son Buns (Iain De Casestecker) discovers a mystery about the origins of the Lost River and both follow an unwanted turn.
